Hybrid - A Jumpstart to your Career 
      The world has come a long way for women - from playing the role of     caregivers to breaking the glass ceiling in every industry. But we still     have a long road to go in order to close the gender diversity gap, when it     comes to occupying the top seats in board rooms and having an equal say in     all kinds of decision-making. 
      Women in Leadership 
      We are known to multi-task, be risk-takers, have the sixth sense -- all     qualities echoed time and again in leadership books. So why is it that when     women reach a certain level in their careers, they must prioritize and     choose? Do we not have the ability to compartmentalise? Are corporate     structures not flexible enough to accommodate different stages of a woman?     The answer is not always a yes. Most great women leaders have had to make     it their personal goal to keep other choices as secondary to rise up the     corporate ladder. As we step into a new work mode, we can make all of this     possible. Even at Sony Pictures Networks (SPN) the hybrid work environment     that we have welcomed, will break the clutter, jumpstart careers, and help     women thrive. 
      The Support System – The Anchor 
      The hybrid work life has brought about a steady balance in my work and home     life structure. I have found a method in the madness. On Work-From-Office     days, the home duties are 100% attributed to my husband. On days when I     work from home, I bucket my time - finish my domestic chores in the     morning, get the kids set for online school and then dive into work calls     & meetings. Yes, those days tend to be more stressful, and I can’t wait     for the day to end, but then again, I remind myself we can do all this and     more! 
      Everyone needs that “anchor”, and I personally find that having an anchor     is the integral to maintaining the balance. I personally do not think that     I would have had the resilience and the strength to balance a work-life     equation had it not been for my anchor – my husband’s support. 
      I sincerely urge all women out there who for whatever reasons have put     their careers on hold or are losing steam to push through – DO NOT LOSE     HOPE. Find your anchor, stay afloat and re-set your ambitions – personal     and professional. This hybrid work environment is designed especially     keeping in mind various stages of life. It will enable each of you to     continue your career without missing the important milestones in your life.
